- enthusiastically preach and teach from the Bible in a way that is original, authentic and relevant
- boldly reach the lost and hurting of our community and world by serving them with the heart of Jesus
- clearly communicate HnD’s mission, vision and strategy in order to lead the body forward together
- respectfully lead, train, work with, listen to, and build up the staff of Hill-n-Dale Christian Church
- positively speak about the special past, present and future of Hill-n-Dale Christian Church
